Introducing the Artea, Holz-Her’s new entry-level edgebander series. Offering an extremely compact footprint, invisible joints and PUR processing as standard, it’s never been easier to create strong, repeatable, high-quality edgebanding in a small to medium sized workshop.
With a compact footprint, the Artea 1030 offers a competitive price/benefit ratio. Within a space of just 3,700mm, operators can benefit from pre-milling, corner rounding and a full complement of finishing units designed to work with panels from 8-50mm.
The Artea series also comes equipped with Holz-Her’s patented Glu Jet system, offering highly flexible batch machining. With no messy glue pots and a quick three minute heat-up time, it offers rapid changeover between PUR and EVA and invisible glue joints on all material. It can also process glue cartridges and granulates and self-cleans at the touch of a button.
Its high resolution 15.6” wide format, touch screen colour monitor allows for simple and intuitive operation. It also features Holz-Her’s VISE (Visual Setting) digital logbook that can store up to four different glue settings for ultra-speedy operation.
An intelligent energy management system, which puts the machine into stand-by mode after six minutes of inactivity, has also been created to reduce energy consumption, making the Artea series the perfect cost-saving solution for the smaller workshop.
